The journey of Hazel Wedderburn started on Monday, April 5th,1954 in the cool hills of Retrieve District in the parish of Hanover, Jamaica. As a child she always showed a radiant smile and a compassionate spirit. At the age of 18 she migrated to Toronto, Canada, where she then sponsored and married Silbert Hanson. Their union produced four children: Glenroy, Michael, Christopher, and Cassandra.

Dr. Hazel Hanson was known to many as a vibrant pastor, a powerful woman of God, (Holy Ghost filled), energetic, hard-working, adorable, and very compassionate.


Pastor Dr. Hazel Hanson of Faith Deliverance International Ministry (FDIM) and Compassionate Outreach Foundation Inc. (COFI) died peacefully on July 6th, 2018 in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.
