Man can not live by meat alone, or however that saying goes. With that proverb in mind, I have developed or modified recipes in order to follow a meat-exclusionary theme. Where a recipe calls for bacon, just substitute turkey bacon. Of course, I had to include some interesting desert and drink recipes to round out an evening meal.
