He goes on to describe the hotel he was placed in as well as his journey to the clinic, where for the very first time he came face to face with the surgeon who was to operate on his hair transplant. From this moment onwards, he describes his transplant as a patient and explains each step as he experienced it. The author continues to describe the days post operation, giving a full description of the medications he had to use and the way he managed to sleep among other things. Most importantly he describes how he felt internally, his insecurities and fears.
