B.O.E stands for the Bank Of Everybody and you contribute to it every time you pay one of the following - congestion charges, road tax, M.O.T certificates, car insurance, income tax, council tax, service charges, T.V license, national insurance contributions, mortgage repayments, parking tickets, divorce settlements, student loans, bail bonds, speeding fines and especially for the BROTHERS, child support, unauthorized overdrafts and credit for your PAY AS YOU TALK, SPEAK AS YOU PAY, TALK AND PAY AND GO or whatever bloody phone network they sting you with! Do not attempt or even think about 'frying me' or 'burying me alive' for using the word NIGGA over a million times in this book because NIGGA stands for Non Ignorant Goal Getting African. This is my attempt to hopefully bring a smile to a few faces, disappoint a few and applaud those who just don't give two monkeys and a pint of lager.
