It allows them to understand the environment that surrounds them and in making decisions in the various situations that arise throughout their lives. Therefore, experts in the field argue that it should be considered and developed continuously in the social, family and school environments. The purpose of this article is to analyze the educational model of the higher level on the subject of emotional intelligence and to propose others that favor the development of emotional intelligence to favor the learning of the students of the Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e IngenierÃÂas at the higher level through the inclusion of additional activities in their own teaching practice.
