Aerobic exercises enhance the physical as well as mental stability of an individual by ensuring a good oxygen supply at the cellular level. Systemic blood circulation is carried out by the coordination of the hearts function with that of the lungs. The blood rich in oxygen is carried from the heart to every cell of the body through the arteries. The cells consume this oxygen from the blood and radiate the carbon dioxide to the blood.
