The Manual presents 10 units on concepts that are integral to a comprehensive approach to creating a culture of peace, a culture of healing, and a culture of excellence in our school communities. The text covers, among other themes, the concepts of oneness of humanity, unity in diversity, and human rights and responsibilities, as well as the skills of peace-based conflict resolution, leadership for peace, and creating environments conducive to psychosocial recovery from the destructive impacts of conflict and violence.
