Concern about environmental degradation has prompted States around the world to plan and adopt a wide range of measures to halt, or at least minimize, rates of environmental degradation. "A current approach to what is happening in the world is that all the activities of the agents of the economy, must guarantee the welfare of the environmental surroundings to ensure future generations". From it derives the interest of the present study whose central problem is to determine the degree of existing relation in the application of the ISC to the fuels and the contamination of the air in the city of Juliaca. To do this, an econometric model is proposed; Multinomial Logit, which has explained that there is an indirect correlation between the application of the ISC on fuels and air pollution.
