You can imagine the shock and horror of receiving my first negative feedback. You imagine that it could never happen to you. But of course it does do. The first thing that you do is panic not really knowing what to do. You phone eBay and try to find out what to do. My first experience of negative feedback allowed me to start creating a process to remove negative feedback. Since then I have gradually improved the processes. What took four hours the first time now takes next to no time.
