Since Human beings are different from any resources as they have not only physical attributes but mental attributes as well and is a complex dynamism therefore it needs to be handled carefully. No organization achieves success without human resources as in this world of globalization organizations need to have competitive advantage and this is possible only through the specialized skills and knowledge that the employees possess.
