Avone, a teenage Bling fairy living with her grandmother Brassie in the land of Junkett Falls, accidentally discovers her real parents while witnessing the new Round House Project come together in their town. The Round House Committee has agreed to allow prisoners (Nuds) from their nearby prison to help work on the construction of the new Round House that will be used for special exhibits at their next big Bling Ding event held in 2017.
