David J. Kenney grew up a half mile from Harvard Square. He graduated from Boston Latin School, Harvard College, with a BA in Russian studies and later from Harvard Business School with an MBA.


Kenney later moved to Washington, D.C. He served in the US Navy and is a retired Captain Intel Branch. He breeds thoroughbred Steeplechase race horses and lives with his wife in Washington, D.C., Upperville, Virginia and Nantucket Mass. This is Captain Kenney's fourth book.
