Somebody - maybe Decartes or Spinoza - goes on and on questioning How do we know what we know is really real? You gotta walk away from that sort of thinking or it can drive you crazy. Forget about it. Don't worry about anybody else; you gotta blank yourself or you'll end up in the nuthouse.
