The PERT/CPM network is a tool frequently used in project management, which allows productive benefits in the organization and control of companies. The present work aims to apply the decision making methods in network for the improvement of industrial production and highlight the results obtained in an exploratory case study. Data collection occurred through interviews with the manager and employees involved in the manufacturing process of an industry of ceramic materials, in addition to visual observation in loco, in order to obtain possible additional information. In view of this study, it was possible to obtain a better planning and productive control, in addition to reducing losses and identifying problems that interfere in the process and increase the cost.
