For a long time domestic criminologists tried to ignore or deny the role of foreign studies. This, of course, is a fundamentally wrong position. Crime cannot be considered within a single aspect. Only in the aggregate we can come to a certain solution. Crime is a global problem, so any development in the field of this area should not go unnoticed.
