Description

Cop with a Camera is a collection of wildlife photographs captured by Additional Director General of Police, Shri. Varun Kapoor (IPS). It narrates his ever-present and increasing love for Mother Nature and all the wilderness that lives in her lap.
Mr. Kapoor himself has captured all the varied images spread across twelve chapters of this book from twelve different wildlife sanctuaries and tiger reserves across India. Alongside the images, Mr. Kapoor has also shared his experiences of visiting these places, the hospitality of the FRHs and inside stories of the mystic jungles of India.
The stories of wild animals and their harmonious relationships are mostly unheard of and, so far, remain surprisingly unnoticed. This book is not only about what the camera lens could capture but is also about what happened as these pictures were shot. The mystic, amusing and jaw-dropping stories, once you have started reading this travelogue of sorts, cannot be resisted until finished.
