Description

Professor Michael Cooper and I met at one of the ancient proto-druidic sites he speaks of with such warmth; the magical little English village of Avebury (a large hamlet encircled by giant stones originally erected about 6,000 years ago). And we met in a very magical way! Our arrangements for rendezvous had gone drastically wrong; our means of communicating (cell phones) had failed to work; neither of us knew what the other looked like and (after hours of searching) we'd both given up. It was only when I was walking back to the car park and Prof. Cooper was waiting for the next bus that I noticed the guy at the bus stop. That's him, I thought to myself. He looked up and thought the same. We both beamed across the street and realised we'd found each other.
