Life has thrown us all for a loop a time or two. We were handed something that we never saw coming. Bang! Out of nowhere, it just happened, and we were totally caught off guard. But even though we were not moving, time continued on, and we began feeling incrementally better. Eventually, gradually we came out of it, mostly intact, but we came out of it different than when we went in. Now, when we look back we find that often the anxiety or suffering we felt during that time actually helped to propel us to find a way--a new way--to go on. We found ourselves on a truth-seeking path.
