"Moore's tale is beautiful and mysterious, and great fun even as it plumbs metaphysical depths. A tour de force!"
-Jess Lederman, award-winning novelist and founder of The Works of George MacDonald

Labyrinth of Dreams, by Brian Christopher Moore, the visionary author of Beneath the Silent Heavens, is a symphonic work, lush and lyrical, rich with philosophical insight, and leavened by a joyful sense of humor. In prose reminiscent of George Macdonald and Charles Williams, and at times harkening to Evelyn Waugh, J.L. Borges, and C.S. Lewis, Moore leads the reader on an astonishing journey of discovery and hope. The four novels that comprise Labyrinth of Dreams tell a timeless tale that will delight readers of Lewis' Space Trilogy and Till We Have Faces, Ende's The Neverending Story, and Miller's A Canticle for Lebowitz.

City in Exile, the second book in the Labyrinth of Dreams quartet, returns the reader to a world of unsuspected depths and enigmatic doorways. Sky Odyssey finds herself wandering the old City on Elnaria, unsure who she is and how she has arrived at her pilgrim state. The earthly history of Claire Ellwood recalls the mystery of her adventurer father, Henry Ellwood, and his disappearance into the Amazonian wilds in search of a mythical library. As the woven fabric of Elnarian society reveals a tapestry of magical texts and secret intrigue, Sky struggles with doubt and anguish amidst the promise of wonders. The Elder departs upon an undisclosed mission, whilst the elusive Lady Winterbourne emerges as a dangerous yet alluring watcher from the portal to infinite dimensions.

Brian Christopher Moore has a PhD in Literature from the University of Dallas. His 2019 novel, Beneath the Silent Heavens, a reimagining of the story of Noah and the Flood, received rhapsodic reviews and is revered by a steadily growing readership. There is no truth to the rumor that he comes from a family of Druids or that he will only drink plum wine, though it is possibly true that he prefers cats to humans, allowing for exceptions.
