In Havana, a Yemeni military attaché is clandestinely facilitating the plot against America by procuring illegal explosives from a Cuban military source and arranging transport for the terrorists from Cuba to the Florida Keys. A beautiful Italian double agent uses her talents to bring some elements of this plot to light. By means both fair and foul, Alan and his troops are able to track the terrorists as they descend on their targets in the D. C. area, culminating in a violent and personal confrontation.
