The church should return to and own the wedding industry, not watch from the sidelines. Weddings are a mission field, a church planter's dream side gig, and a terrific way to revitalize a dying church. Rev. Dr. David Anderson, Jr. has been a minister for thirty years. He pastors a mainline church in Northeast Ohio and leads a wedding ministry called WeddingChaplain.com. He has officiated over 1,500 weddings. He has served as a pastor, a church planter, and a school and hospice chaplain. David is married to Misty; they have seven children and one grandchild. He loves Star Wars, Marvel, and running. He is passionate about weddings and working with engaged couples.
