This study strongly advocates promotion of a careful and healthy growth, besides observed complementarily, across public, private and community initiatives in provision of credit as well as extension services and avoidance of massive loan waiver schemes, which imposes a lot of harms rather than producing beneficial effects for the targeted group of population.
