She went to the local church school and Hope Valley College and became a secretary and worked at a variety of places. She was married at 18yrs of age and still is to the same husband. She had a daughter when she was 22yrs old and became a foster carer 41 yrs ago and and now has two grandchildren, retirement is still just a dream at the moment, but may be one day it will happen. Till then it's carry on regardless while children need homes and support and guidance.
