We used the instrument that was developed by the Organization for the Development of Human Capital (ODCH) in Spain, and that, under agreement, was defined to work through the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador for this country. The good practices in Ecuador should be improved in each of the factors of the development dimension, since it has an impact on employees, on the current situation and this improvement would allow better development of human capital.
