Ibigbolade Simon Aderibigbe holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy of Religion, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Since August 2008, he has been teaching African Religion and African Religion in the Diaspora at the Department of Religion and African Studies Institute, The University of Georgia, Athens, United States. He has written and edited many books in the field of Religion. He is married to Moradeke with three children.He has written and edited many books in the field of Religion, some of which are: Thomas Aquinas' Demonstration of God's Existence: A Contemporary Perspective, Topics in Philosophy of Religion, Religion: Study and Practice, Religion and Education, Religion, Medicine and Healing, Religion and Politics, and Topical Issues in African Religion. Also he has quite number of chapters in scholarly books and articles in referred journals. For almost two decades, he was the Editor of the Nigerian Association for the Study of Religions and Education. Ibigbolade is married to Moradeke Abimbola. They are blessed with three children - Moronkeji, Oluwaninyo and Ifedolapo.
