Previously happy communities were now at war. In contrast the Dactoos are experiencing an unusually long period of rising water in their peaceful world. They can't function because the water is too high this results in the inhabitants become listless and lethargic Neither world knows of each other until the heroine of SoBelo - Krysta Glissen - needs to find out why it is flooding and discovers the other world. With both sets of dwellers working together, the problem is corrected for all concerned and happiness reigns, AsAbov and SoBelo.
